By accessing this website and/or purchasing tickets to our cabaret performances, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or attend the performance.

2. Tickets & Entry

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation by the producer.

Late arrival may result in delayed or denied entry at the discretion of the venue, without refund.

Admission may be refused or guests removed for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

3. Age Restrictions
All shows are 21+, you must have a valid physical ID on your person. Valid IDs are defined by the Washington State Liquor & Cannabis control board.

4. Show Changes & Cancellations

Performances, performers, dates, and times are subject to change.

We try to have a mini musical every week but occaisonally unforseen circumstances will cause a change.

In the event of cancellation, refunds or exchanges will be handled through the ticket provider.

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).

5. Photography & Recording

Photography, video, and audio recording is encouraged during performances.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or archival purposes.

Unauthorized distribution of performance content is prohibited.

6. Accessibility & Special Requirements
We strive to make our performances accessible. Please contact us in advance with any accessibility needs so we can do our best to accommodate you.

7. Personal Belongings
Guests attend at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

By attending, you acknowledge that live performances may involve crowds, lighting effects, loud music, smoke or other elements. You assume all associated risks.

All content on this website and all performance material—including text, images, music, choreography, and branding—is protected by copyright and may not be used without prior written permission.
